Global certification for sustainable growth

Standardization is key for stabilizing the supply chain for industrial hemp and hemp-derived cannabinoids and molecules. Through the INCCert Hemp Standardization Program — and in collaboration with Control Union — we are developing a suite of standards that guarantees:

  • Consistent product quality
  • Chain of custody and proof of origin
  • Environmentally sound practices and sustainable sourcing
  • Proof of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives

Setting the Standard

Best practices, high standards, and independent verification for compliance are only the beginning. As our standards evolve, we anticipate the hemp industry will shift firmly from instability to sustainability, from uncertainty to confidence.

GAP and GMP certification of hemp seed oil, protein, plastic, textiles, and more paves the way for large-scale growth that spans the full supply chain – from propagation and cultivation to post-harvest processing and manufacturing. To develop and implement The H Standards, we are currently focused on operations in North America.

GAP and GMP certification of hemp-derived products means consumers can buy with confidence while also leveraging our track-and-trace technology to learn more on exactly from where their favorite products are derived – from seeds in the ground to products on the shelf. Smart labels mean even smarter, more empowered consumers.
